What will the process look like?

  • Let's Meet!

    We will have a meeting session in person or over zoom to get you and your child comfortable with me, as well as give introductions

  • Baseline Assessment Conducted

    Amongst other assessments, I will conduct a CORE Phonics Survey, which determines the knowledge gaps in specific phonics skills, determining where in the scope and sequence I should begin lessons.

  • Official Sessions begin

    Sessions will begin, where depending on results from the survey, we will start with the UFLI lesson that best suits their needs. I will include other elements from other programs and strategies as well, when necessary

  • Progress Monitoring

    Progress monitoring assessments will be given periodically to designate if I need to reteach certain skills, or to adjust where on the scope and sequence I need to pivot to. I will provide you with the results of the assessments so you can see the growth yourself!

Session Costs

  • My rate is $60/hour for one child. Each session is tailored to the child’s needs using evidence-based strategies and is adaptable based on progress-monitoring

    Math and ESOL is $50/hour

  • For siblings, I offer a discounted rate of $100 total, for two consecutive hours.

    If siblings are assessed to have very similar gaps in knowledge, I offer a one-hour session with both siblings together, for $80/hr.

  • If students are assessed to have similar gaps in knowledge, I offer small groups for students who are homeschooled. The rates are as follows:

    2 students: $100/hr

    3-4 Students: $150/hr

    5 students: $160/hr

  • For parents who homeschool and want to learn the tools to implement UFLI on their own, I offer:

    1:1 Coaching Sessions $100/hr

    Small Group Workshop: $300/session (approx 60-90 minutes), 3-10 parents
